In the matter of constructing the necessary water service connections
for the paving of Fairview Avenue from Highland.Parkway to St. Clair Avenue,
under Preliminary Order C. F. 186353, approved February 27, 1958, and Final
Order C. F. 187873, approved June 17, 1958, and as amended by C. F. 188486,
approved July 23, 1958.
RESOLVED, That the plans and specifications;,for the above named
improvement as submitted by the Commissioner, of Public Works, be and the
same are hereby approved and be it further
RESOLVED, That the above improvement be done by the City Water
Department Forces at an estimated cost of $2,585.00 to be assessed against
the benefited property.
