Resolution of Council Approving Assessment
and Fixing Time of Hearing Thereon
In the matter of the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses
installing ornamental lights on St. Peter Street from Kellogg Boulevafd to Tenth
Street, and on the west side of Market Street from Sixth Street to Seventh Street
-- the lights to be mounted on building fronts, except where adequate fronts do
not exist, and remove the old light standards
for
under Preliminary Order 161�4p approved JulY 150 1953 ,
Intermediary Order 165612 , approved September 15, 1953
Final Order *L 6.59i 4 approved October 13„ 19951
The assessment of benefits., costs and expenses for and in connection with
the above improvement having been submitted to the Council, and the Council having considered same
and found the said assessment satisfactory, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the said assessment be and the same is hereby in all respects approved.
RESOLVED FURTHER, That a public hearing be had on said assessment on the 8th
day of Octnb?r , 19 58 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A. M., in the Council Chamber of
the Court House and City Hall Building, in the City of St. Paul; that the Commissioner of Finance
give notice of said meetings, as required by the Charter, stating in said notice the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement, the total cost thereof, and the amount assessed against the
lot or lots of the particular owner to who t,]�e not j .js directed.
