PAUL O FICE OF THE CITY CLERK C Utz CIL RESOLUTION — GENERAL FORM fop PRESENTED BY COMMISSION DATE 180()61 COUNCIL Council File No. 189061 —By Milton Rosen - WherAas, The Arcade Investmelit Company, the owners of Lowry Medi- cal Arts Building, have been author- ized to operate a shuttle bus for the i convenience of people wishing to do I business in 'the Lowry building or to _ go to doctors' offices in the Lowry building; and, Whereas, the present route is com- placated by traffic problems due to the left turn from Harriet Island onto Wabasha Street; now, therefore, be it, i Resolved, That the Arcade Invest -J i ment Company is hereby authorized j l•'�" - _ °riiirn�v• '­ jLttje- ,hus,,.5tart WHEREAS, the Arcade Investment Company, the owners of Lowry Medical Arts Building, have been authorized to operate a shuttle bus for the conveni- ence of people wishing to do business in the Lowry building or to go to doctors' offices in the Lowry building; and, WHEREAS, the present route is complicated by traffic problems due to the left turn from Harriet Island onto Wabasha Street; now, therefore, be it, RESOLVED, that the Arcade Investment Company is hereby authorized to route the Lowry shuttle bus starting at Harriet Island Municipal Parking area thence east under the Wabasha Street Bridge, thence south to East Water Street, thence west on East Water Street to the Wabasha Street Bridge, thence north to the corner of Fourth and Wabasha Streets, thence west on Fourth Street to the Fourth Street entrance of the Lowry Medical Arts Building, thence continuing west on Fourth Street to the corner of St. Peter Street, thence south on�St. Peter Street to the corner of Kellogg Boulevard, thence east on Kellogg Boulevard to Wabasha Street; thence south on Wabasha Street to the roadway leading to Harriet Island Municipal Parking Area, and thence along this roadway to the Harriet Island Municipal Parking Area; it being understood, however, that part of this route is over private property and the Arcade Investment Company will make arrangements with the owners of said private property to operate their said shuttle bus over said private property.
