WBEREAS: Cab - Line,, Inc. dba Yellow Cab made Application E -10799 for license to operate
one (1) automobile as Taxicab No. 94, upon the streets of the City of Saint Paul,
described as a 1958 Chevrolet, Serial No. A58J178161, insured by the Public
National Insurance Company, Policy No, PAL 148911, expiring 12:01 A.M. ST
April 12, 1959, and
WHEREAS: Said applicants have filed a copy of the insurance policy with the City of
Saint Paul, and said policy has been approved as to form and execution by
the Corporation Counsel, therefore, be it
RESOLVED: That license to operate said automobile as a taxicab upon the streets of the City
of Saint Paul be and the same is hereby,grarited to Cab -Line, Inc. dba Yellow Cab.
