This is an emergency ordinance rendered necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health, and safety. J THE COUNCIL OF THE CI.TY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. That Section 60.19 of the Legislative Code of the City of Saint Paul is hereby amended by adding the following language at the end of said Section: "The prohibition herein contained_in the above section shall not be applicable to that certain overhead pedestrian passageway to be extended across Sixth Street between Wabasha Street and St. Peter Street, permission for the construction, maintenance, and operation of such passageway having heretofore been granted, pursuant to Council File No. p Oreinaiice No. 3 Y • " Section 2._ This ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency ordinance rendered necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health, and safety. Section 3. -This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage, approval, and publication.
