RESOLVED, that pursuant to Section 418.11, Minnesota Statutes
1941, and upon delivery t0 the Corporation Counsel of releases approved
by him, Edward J. Huber, Patricia Huber, Betty Jane Huber, Edward J.
Huber as guardian of Cheryl Ann Huber, and Robins, Davis & Lyons, their
attorneys, be paid $300 out of the Judgment and Compromise Fund in full
payment of damages and injuries sustained in an accident on January 14, 1957,
with Richard E. Johnson, policeman, while in the performance of his official
duties.
