Resolution of Council Approving Assessment
and Fixing Time of Hearing Thereon
In the matter of the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses
for
changing the grade of the alley in Block 7, Summit Park Addition and Subdivision of
Lots 16 through 22, Block 7, Summit Park Addition, from Grotto St. to Avon St.,
to conform to the profile on file in the Department of Public Works; also grade
and surface with bituminous material the alley in Block 7, Summit Park Addition
and Subdivision of Lots 16 through 22, Block 7, Summit Park Addition, from
Grotto St. to Avon St.
under Preliminary Order' 1801+79 , approved November 23;, 1956 ,
Intermediary Order_ 180714 , approved December 11, 1956 ,
Final Order 180278 , approved January 80 1957
The assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for and in connection with
the above improvement having been submitted to the Council, and the Council having considered same
and found the said assessment satisfactory, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the said assessment be and the same is hereby in all respects approved.
RESOLVED FURTHER, That a public hearing be had on said assessment on the lst
day of October , 19.53—, at the hour of 10 o'clock A. M., in the Council Chamber of
the Court House and City Hall Building, in the City of St. Paul; that the Commissioner of Finance
give notice of said meetings, as required by the Charter, stating in said notice the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement, the total cost thereof, and the amount assessed against the
lot or lots of the particular owner to whom the notice is directed.
