This property is described as the sw'ly 50' of Lots 1 ` and 2, and all of lots 9 and 10 except the ne'ly 12.5' and except the se'ly 18.5' of the sw'ly 50' of Lot-..-2 and 9, Block 3 Whitney and Smith Addition. The zoning is light: ,industry. f The adjacent land uses are as follows: north across Eighth Street are the parking lot of the Church of St. Mary and an Auto Body shop; west across Wacouta Street is the Savage Boy's Club; south and ad- joining is a two story brick ,building used commercially which f ronts'''� on Wacouta Street, also various commercial uses across an alley which front on East Seventh Street; east.and adjoining is the Northwest Alignment Service. V The area under consideration has a frontage of 137J' along Eighth Street and 79' along Wacouta Street.- The proposed layout and operation of the parking area have been approved by the Traffic Engineer, and applicant's plans meet exist- ing standards for this type of facility. Field investigation discloses no objection from the standpoint, }of adjacent land use or traffic.
