WHEREAS, Donald Olsen, 1215 Randolph Avenue, Saint Paul,
Minnesota, was fined %25.00 in Municipal Court upon the charge
of possession of firecrackers, said charge being subsequently
dismissed because such possession did not constitute an offense
under the ordinance, No. 8286, under which he was charged, and
the Court having ordered a refund of said fine to said Donald
Olsen, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the proper City officers are herbby authorized-
and directed to draw a warant in the sum of $25.00 in favor of the
Clerk of Municipal Court, to be refunded to said Donald Olsen.
