OFFICE OF THE CITY CLERK OUNCIL N- GENERAL FORM PRESENTED BY COMMISSIONER DATE - %HEREAS, The Commissioner of Libraries, Auditorium, Museums and Stadia has reported in accordance with Section 53 of the City Charter, the existence of an emergency during the period from August 15 to August,31, 1958, which rendered necessary the employment of certain employes of the Department of Libraries, Auditorium, Museums and Stadia for more than eight hours per day or forty hours per week in doing the following work: Necessary for maintenance and operation of parking at Municipal Stadium. And, WHEREAS, This emergency arose by reason of the following facts and circumstances: Could not be handled by untrained personnel. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the proper city officers are here- by authorized to pay the employes shown on the attached list, who performed such work in accordance with the provisions of the Council's salary ordinance, No. 6446.
