RESOLVED: That application for the transfer of Second Hand Auto Parts Dealer License No.
8610, expiring April 3, 1959, issued to Harry Beck at 25 Plato Street, be and
the same is hereby transferred to Beck's Auto Salvage Company, Inc. at the
same address, subject to the same restrictions, namely, subject to the
compliance with all requirements pertaining to such operation, and to the
further conditions that there shall be no automobile dismantling or burning
on the premises and that any merchandise offered for sale shall be stored
within the existing building on the site or if there is to be any outside
storage of material to be sold, that the premises be properly fenced in a
manner approved by the City Architect.
