Contract G- 1489,was awarded to Batzli Electric Company for
electrical work for the Theater Section and Third Floor'
Off ices.of the Municipal Auditorium, 143 West Fourth
Street, Saint Paul.
During the course of the work under this contract, it was
found desirable to furnish and install 90 fixture sockets
in the f dot lights in the theater, and, at the request of
the Commissioner of Libraries, Auditorium, Museums & Stadia,
negotiations have been conductedwith the contractor, who
agrees to furnish. -and install 90 fixture sockets in the
footlights for the amount of $40.00, which is a reasonable
amount for the labor and material involved.
It is, therefore, requested that a resolution be submitted
to the Council authorizing this extra in the amount of $40.00
to Contract Number G -1489 to cover the above described work.
