You referred to this office a request of Mr. Robert A.
Wilkinson for a permit to erect a six foot high redwood
louvered fence along the alley side of their home at
704 Kennard Street. We have investigated the property
and find no-objection whatsoever to the construction of
this fence.
Therefore we recommend that permit be granted to Mr. and
Mrs. Robert A. Wilkinson to erect a -six foot high louvered
fence along the-alley side of their home at 704 Kennard
Street.

This awful condition that I have been putting up with since
April, 1958 is being reported to the County Attorney's Office.
