to install 2 poles in alley So. of Fuller
E. of Lexington, 1 pole at 446 W. Water'
St., 1 pole on So. side of California E.
of Ruth, 1 pole on, W. side of Barclay i
at Conway 1 pole on So. side of Hague
E. of Sneilinje with necessary guys, t
anchors, and wires. Poles and wires to
be removed when requested to do so by
the Common, Council and cost of said
removal to be borne by the Northern,
States Power Company.
