1 WHEREAS, adverse action was taken against the Taacicab Vehicle license held by Mazk Frascone
2 d/b/a Town Taxi and Transportation (License ID #20070004675) for the City of 5aint Paul by Notice of
3 Intent to Suspend License dated 7anuary 29, 2009 alleging licensee failed to pay delinquent license and late
4 fees in the amount of $381.00, submit a current certificate of Automobile Liability insurance, a Vehicle
5 Inspection Sheet and license plate numbers; and

WHEREAS, the licensee did not respond to the Notice of Intent to Suspend License to pay the
delinquent license and late fees, submit the required insurance, Vehicle Inspection sheet and license plate
numbers; and
WHEREAS, the Notice of Intent to Suspend License stated that if the licensee failed to pay the
delinquent license and late fees, submit the required insurance, Vehicle Inspection sheet and license plate
numbers by February 9, 2009, that the matter would be placed on the consent agenda to impose the
recommended penalty; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Taxicab Vehicle ]icense held by Mark Frascone d/b/a Town Taxi and
17 Transportation is hereby suspended.

Dear Mr. Frascone:
The Department of Safety and Inspections (DSI) has recommended suspension of the
Taxicab Vehicle license held by Mazk Frascone dlbla Town Taxi & Transportation for the City
of Saint Paul. The basis for the recommendation is as follows:
According to DSI records, your Taxicab Vehicle license expired on
November 22, 2005 and is now delinquent. You currently owe $381.00 in
delinquent Iicense and late fees. You were also required to submit a
current certificate of Automobile Liability insurance with a 30-day
notice of cancellation, a Ve6icle Inspection Sheet and license plate
information on ali of your taxicabs.
As of today's date the delinquent license and late fees have not been paid
and you have not submitted the required insurance, Vehicle Inspection
Sheet and license plate information.
