'RESOLVED, that the Commissioner of Finance hereby is
authorized to endorse, in behalf of the City of Saint Paul

that certain check of State of Minnesota, No. 449056,
dated �August 20, 1958, in the sum of $11,000, made payable
to,the order of Certis A. Taylor, Voncile Taylor,.Adelmo
i
Casci, Lucy Casci, Twin City Federal Savings and Loan Association,
City of St. Paul, and Frank Claybourne, as and for payment of
award`of damages for condemnation by State of Minnesota,
affecting Parcel 35 in Ramsey County, Minnesota, District
Court proceedings - State of Minnesota vs. Simons- Carlson,
et al,l and to deliver said check to Certis A. Taylor, Voncile
Taylor, Adelmo Casci, Lucy Casci, Twin City Federal Savings

and Loan Association and Frank Claybourne, as fee owners and'
partieis ,.other than the City of Saint Paul, having an interest
in the subject prenLses at the time of said condemnation, it
appearing that the interest of the City of Saint Paul therein
was limited to a lien for local improvement assessment1which
has since been fully paid by the fee owner.
