WHEREAS, The Board of Water Commissioners of the
City of Saint Paul owns certain property which is held in the
name of the City of Saint Paul; and

WHEREAS, The Board of Water Commissioners of the
City of Saint Paul have entered into an agreement with the
State of,Minnesota Department of Highways agreeing to convey
certain highway easements to the State of Minnesota Department
of Highways; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the proper City officers are hereby
authorized and directed to execute the necessary easement
deeds to'convey said highway easements to the State of Minnesota
Department of Highways.
