j WHEREAS, The Workhouse Superintendent, W. W. Douglas,
forwarded $115 to the Clerk of Municipal Court to be paid
as a find for Burleigh Borreson; and
i
WHEREAS, upon further investigation it was discovered
that .this individual had been found guilty of his offense
in the Municipal Court of Roseville; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the proper City officers are hereby
authorized to issue a check for $115 to W. W. Douglas, Super-
intendent of the Workhouse, said check to be turned over
to the Municipal Court of Roseville.
