CIL RESOLUTION — GENERAL FORM whereas, The -Board of Water Com-
missioners, by C.., No. 165793, was
PRESENTED BY heretofore authorized to enter into a
COMMISSIONER h DATE ontrpet for professional services with
'WHEREAS, the Board. of Water Commissioners, by C. F. No.
185793, ims heretofore authorized to enter into a contract for;pro-
fessional services with Charles 0. Georgi, a registered Civil Engineer
qnd Land Surveyor, for services to be paid for in accordance with-the
schedule hereinafter set forth:
1. Farm or Miscellaneous Surveys
a. 2 -man party, per hour $12.00
b. 3 -man pasty, per hour 15.00
c. Additional men on party - (rate to be
set according to classification).
2. Office work, drafting, drawing of descrip-
tions, consultation, per hour 7.00
3. Testifying in Court or Depositions, per day 50.00

WHEREAS, ap a0vment was entered into between the Board of
Water r Comm ss oners and said ChrT-es -O; Georgi; said agreffentbeing
made the 16th day of January, 1958, running for the period of January 15,
1958, to and including January 14, 1959; and _
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Board of Water Commissioners
to continue said agreement in effect for an additional period from
January 15, 1959, toand including January 14, 1961;now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the Board of Water Commissioners is hereby
authorized to continue in effect all of the terms and provisions of _
the aforementioned agreement until January 15, 1961, unless canceled
sooner in accordance with the terms of the aforesaid agreement, and
be it further provided, as recommended by said Board of Water Commis-
sioners, that the expenditures under the renewed agreement shall not
exceed an additional sum of $7000.00.
