R. R/W,[ The zoning of this property is Heavy Industrial. A public hearing is not required. The .legal description of this property is as follows: subject to and with ease- ment; the south 200 feet of the north 1,256 feet of the east 500 feet of the west 1,160 feet of the northwest quarter of Sec. 27, T 29, R 23, also with ease= meant in Doc. 1349457 and subject to easement over south 20 feet,. the south 200 feet of the north 1;256 feet of the east 490 feet of the west 660 feet of the northwest quarter of,Sec: 27, T 29, R 23. This is an odd shaped tract of land having an area of 194,000 square feet, or 4.5 acres. The land to the west is developed with a filling station fronting on Snelling Avenue; to the' north is a;car storage lot; to the east is 'undeveloped land; to the south is the Northern Pacific RR R/W. Field investigation discloses no _ objection to the applicant's request, and the plans submitted meet "the required standards for this type installation.
