Contract Number G -1562 was awarded M. E. Souther Construction
Company for the Construction of Kitchen Relocation and Parti-
tion at the Main Public Library, 90 West Fourth Street, Saint
Paul, Minnesota.
During the course of the work under this contract, it was
f ound,desirable to install three 4' electric fixtures to match
the existing, using lamps from the old fixtures, and at the
request of the Commissioner of Libraries, Auditorium, Museums,
And Stadia, negotiations have been conducted with the contrac-
tor, who agrees to do this work for $132.00, which is a reason-
able amount for the labor and material involved.
It is„ therefore, requested that a resolution be submitted
to the Council authorizing this extra in the amount of $132.00
to Contract Number G -1562 to cover the above described work.
