Resolved, That authorization is here-
by granted for the amendment of that
RESOLVED, that authorization is hereby granted for the amendment of that certain profes-
sional Service Agreement by and between the Board of Pater Commissioners of the City of
Saint Paul, therein called the Board, and Robert J. Horak, a professional licensed realtor
and real estate dealer therein called the Realtor, dated the 31st day of October 1958, by
its terms operative for the period of two months commencing October 31, 1958 and providing
for the performance by said Realtor for said Board of professional realtor services involv-
ing appraisals of real property and easements in real property in the process of acquisition
by said Board for necessary extensions of its Public Waterworks System, heretofore approved
and ratified by the prior resolution of this Council, so that the same shall be operative
until and including June 30, 1959 and specify a limitation upon the aggregate liability of
said Board thereunder, in an amount not in excess of $7,500.00; and that such amendment
shall be effected by a rider conformable hereto and approved by the Corporation Counsel;
4 RESOLVED, FURTHER, that such amendment, by said rider to said Professional Service Agree-
ment, shall be by its terms effective as of October 31, 1958 and shall relate to all
professional services involving appraisals of the subject real property and easements in
real property, negotiations for acquisition by the Board, by purchase or condemnation of
the same, and other reasonably necessary incidental professional realtor services provided
by said Professional Service Agreement to be performed thereunder for said Board by said
Realtor.
