Contract Number G -1568 was awarded to DeVac Self Storing Win-
dow Company for installation of new metal windows and screens,
anodized, for Highland Park Golf Club House, located at the
corner of Montreal and Hamline Avenues, Saint Paul, Minnesota.
During the course of the work under this contract, it was
found desirable to make up two screens of aluminum framing
and fibre glass screen, to be interchangeable units for two
storm panels for the Men's Shower Room on the east side of
the building. Negotiations were conducted with the contractor,
who agrees to do this for the total amount of $10.00.
This is a reasonable amount for the labor and material involv-
ed, and it istherefore requested that a resolution be submit-
ted to the Council authorizing an extra in the amount of $10.00
to Contract G -1568.
