In the matter of condemning and taking an easement in the land necessary for slopes,
cuts and fills in the grading of Hoyt Avenue from Dale Street to Grotto Street,
under Preliminary Order 189284 , approved September 24, 1958
Intermediary Order 190074 , approved November 25, 1958
A public hearing having been had upon the above improvement upon due notice, and the 'Council having
heard all persons, objections and recommendations relative thereto, and having fully considered,the same;
therefore, be it
RESOLVED, By the Council of the City of Saint Paul that the -pre ' x en an -

RESOLVED FURTHER, that the followiland, lands or easements thereibe and the same are
hereby ord ed to be taken, appropriated and condvmned for the purpose of making skid improvements, viz.:

Street to Grotto Street to the extent shown o the plan on file in the ffice of
the Commissioner�of Public Works.
RESOLVED FURTH, R, That the Commissioner of Publi Works be and is hereby inst cted and
directed to prepare plans alk specifications for said improvement, and the proper city officials .a hereby
authorized and directed to probeed with the making of said improv ent in accordance therewith.
