Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 20th day of
January 1 , 19-59, at the hour of 10 o'clock A. M., in the Council Chamber of the Court
House and City Hsu Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of Finance give notice of
said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the rovement and the total cost thereof as estimated.

In the matter of Constructing storm water relief sewers in Fairview Avenue from Hubbard Street
to the north side of the Northern Route; in the north side of the Northern Route from Fairview
Ave. to a point that is approximately 565 feet west of the center line of Fairview Ave.
and approximately 25 feet south of the north property line of the Northern Route; thence
north 45° 001 west a distance of approximately 275 feet along a line crossing the right -of-
way of the Great Northern Railroad; in the portion of Hewitt Ave. that is south of Clayland
Park from Fairview Ave. to 125 feet west of Fairview Ave.; all of which is to be known as the
NORTH FAIRVIEW RELIEF SEWER SYSTEM.:
