the consent of the Comptroller, to issue Purchase Order to SPERRY OFFICE
FURNITURE COMPANY for two General Fireproofing Files at a total cost of
$181.95, without advertisement or competitive bids as this is the only'
source of supply to match present equipment and no advantage could -be
gained thereby.
