RESOLVED, that the professional realtorts service agreement
made and executed by and between the Board of Water Commissioners
of the City of Saint Paul and Robert J. Horak, professional realtor,
as of October 31, 1958, providing for the performance, by said
realtor, in behalf of said Board, of- professional realtor's services
in the nature of real estate appraisal work and other kindred work,
in connection with said Board's condemnation of lands or easements in
lands, for the extension of its public Water Works, in the Counties
of Ramsey and Anoka, in the State of Minnesota, be and the same
hereby is in all things approved and ratified, said agreement being
operative, according to its terms, for the period of two months,
and fixing the compensation to be paid by said Board to said realtor
for such professional realtor's services, at the rate of $35 for
each day during which the same shall be performed thereunder.
