RESOLVED, that the Spiegler Construction Company be
permitted to,install and operate a 28 car private parking lot
in conjunction with the proposed apartment buildings adjacent to
the southwest corner of West Seventh and Springfield Streets, described

as:
The northwesterly 150 feet of Lot 30;
Lot 31 except the southeasterly 150 feet; '
Lot 32 except the southeasterly 150 feet,
and Lot 4, Block 3, Palisade Addition; Lots
12 and 13, C. W. Youngman's 4th Addition;. and
Block 5, Rankin's Addition,
in accordance with the plat submitted and subject to compliance
with the provisions of all ordinances governing the operation of
parking lots, and subject to the further condition tta t sidewalks
abutting said premises be kept clean and free of ice and snow at
all timds.
