RESOLVED, That the Purchasing Agent be and he is hereby authorized, with the
consent of the Mayor and the Comptroller, to purchase from ,A & P ELECTRIC COMPANY
labor and materials for completely repairing and reconditioning two electric motors
at City Paving Plant at a total cost of 014.70, without advertisement, as
per Informal Bid #55, as an emergency exists where failure to act promptly would
work hardship to the best interests of the City.
