WHEREAS, Additions and Deductions which might prove to be necessary
in the Improvement described as the Construction of a Sewer on
RONDO AVENUE from Rice Street to Western Avenue, Comptroller's
Contract L -5961, Peter Lametti Construction Company, Contractor,
have been provided for in the Specifications, and
WHEREAS, it has been found necessary to make the following Additions
and Deduction:
ADDITIONS : Loading and Hauling Unsuitable Material
Labor $ 597.93
Equipment Rental 981.27 $ 1,579.20
3,124 cu. yds. of Gravel Sub -base 111111 $1.50 68
TOTAL ADDITIONS ,
DEDUCTION:
84 lin. ft. of 12" V.C.Pipe not

TOTAL NET ADDITION 5,950.20, and
j WHEREAS;• the Total Net Addition is $ 5,950.20, now therefore, be
it
RESOLVED, That the City ofuSt;,:IPaulc.thihough its City Council
approves the foregoing Addition made in accordance with the Spec-
ifications in the sum of $ 5,950.20, said amount to be added
to the lump sum consideration named in the Contract known as
Comptroller's Contract L -5961, which amount is to be financed
from Bond Fund 200 ST -5, for the making of the above Improvement.
The Commissioner of Public Works has agreed with the
above named Contractor that the sum of $ 5,950.20 is the correct
amount to be added to the above Contract.
