Contract Number I,- 5738 -C was awarded Axel Newman Plumb -
ing & Heating Company for Mechanical Work for the New Pub-
lic Health Center, Saint Paul, Minnesota.
Specifications for this contract included 100 cubic yards
of rock excavation at $20.00 a cubic yard, and, during the
course of the work 45 cubic yards of rock excavation were
encountered, therefore leaving a credit balance of 55
cubic yards at $20.00 or $1,100.00.
It is, therefore, requested that a resolution be submit-
ted to the Council authorizing this credit to the contract
in the amount of $1,100.00.
