Statutes 1941; and upon delivery to the Corporation Counsel of
a release approved by him, Robert W. Campbell be paid $64.50 out
of the Judgment and Compromise Fund in full payment of damages
and injuries sustained in an accident on November 25, 1958, with
George L. Dearborn, policeman, while in the performance of his
official duties.
