COUNCIL RESOLUTION — GENERAL FORM

RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Contract Committee
therefor and hereby awards contract for furnishing all materials and construct-
ing for the Board of Water Commissioners, City of St. Paul, Minnesota, Vadnais
Conduit - Contract No. 1, approximately 1600 feet of 90.75 inch I. D. Steel
.water conduit complete with all accessories and appurtenances to ASHBACH
CONSTRUCTION COMPANY in accordance with City plans and specifications therefor
hereto at$ached and the Formal Bid #7328 of said Ashbach Construction Company
for the contract price of .$224,302.56 (at unit prices bid), such bid being the
lowest and said Ashbach Construction Company being a reasonable and reliable
bidder and the Corporation Counsel be and hereby is directed to draw up the
proper form of contract therefor, and the proper City officials hereby are
authorized to execute said contract on behalf df the City of St. Paul.
