This is an emergency ordinance rendered necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health and safety. The Council of the City of Saint Paul Does Ordain: SECTION 1. That the balances remaining in Park Funds 18, Playgrounds Funds 19, and Public Building Funds 20 are hereby appropriated and set aside to be used for the purpose in 1959 as same were appropriated for in the 1958 budget. That the balance. remaining in the Zoo Emergency Repair Fund 18 -G -5, per Council File 183010, at the close of the year shall hereby be appropriated and set aside to be used for the purpose in 1959 as same was appropriated for the year 1958. That the balance remaining in the Storm Emergency Fund 18 -C -8 , per Council File .189587, adopted October 17, at the close of the year shall hereby be appropriated and set aside to be used for the purpose in 1959 as same was ` appropriated for the year 1958. 1 That the balances remaining in the Park Real Estate Fund 1085 and the Playground Real Estate Fund 1084 at the close of the year, shall hereby be appropriated and set aside to be used for same purpose in 1959 as same was appropriated for the year 1958. SECTION 2. This ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency ordinance rendered necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health and safety. SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force immediately upon passage and publication.
