having heard all persons, objections and recommendations relative thereto, and having fully considered

RESOLVED, By the Council of the City of St. Paul that n -

All orders in the above matter be and t le sam3 are hereby cancelled, annulled
and rescinded and all proceedings in said matter be discontinued,
nd the Council hereby orders said improvement to be, made.

directed to prepare plan d specifications for said impro ent, and submit same to the Cou3l it for
approval; that upon said app val, the proper city officials are reby authorized and directed t

the preliminary order of the Council, known as Council File No. 188401
approved July 17th $ 19 58 , relat'ive to grade and surface with
bituminous material the North - and -South alley from Edmund Ave. to Thomas Ave.
and the East - and -West alley from Oxford Street to the North -and -South alley
in Block 1, Peck's Addition and Kelly's ReArrangement of Block 1, Oxford
Addition
and having investigated the matters and things referred to therein, hereby

reports:
1. Said improvement is necessary and (or) desirable.
2. The estimated cost thereof is $ 3,360.96 , and the total cost

thereof is $ and the nature and extent of said improvement
