In the matter of opening, widening and extending`
Ivy Avenue from the east line of Stone & Morton's 2nd Addition
to the west line of Lot 4, Dittman's Sub by taking and condemning
for street purposes a strip of land of varying width in that part
of Block 4 and 5, Clakke & Wilgus Addition, that part of Lots 14
and 15, Auditor's Sub No-70., that lies between the following
described prpperty lines: The north property line being described
as follows: Beginning at the southeast corner of Lot 16, Block 1, Stone
&'Morton's 2nd Addition, etc. etc. under Preliminary Order 190135
approved December 2nd, 1958.
RESOLVED, That all orders in the above matter be
and the same are hereby cancelled, annulled and rescinded and all
proceedings in such matter discontinued.
