PAUL FILE NO -� OFFICE OF THE CITY CLERK COUNCIL RESOLUTION- GENERAL FORM PRESENTED BY /=' � RA � DATE COMMISSIONE , WHEREAS, request has formally been made by the Port Authority to the City Council of the City of Saint Paul that the Port Authority seek the aid of the Civil Service Bureau for the purpose of locating candidates for the job of Executive Director of the Port Authority and help in such other ways as it is able to provide for this purpose, now, therefore, be it RESOLVED, that the proper officers of the Civil Service Bureau are hereby authorized to aid the Port Authority in all ways possible in securing a properly qualified man for Executive Director, the concurrence of Mr. Joseph Mitchell, City Comptroller and Civil Service Commissioner, having been given said aid and-assistance to be rendered by the Civil Service Bureau, with the understanding agreed in by the Port Authority that all travel, telephone, and incidental expenses that may be incurred by the Civil Service Bureau in this matter shall be reimbursed by the Port Authority..
