"
An ordinance amending Chapter 145 of the Saint Paul
Legislative Code, pertaining to absolute parking restric-
tions. This is an emergency ordinance rendered necessary
for the preservation of the public peace, health and safety.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1.
That Section 145.05, Saint Paul Legislative Code, is
hereby amended by adding thereto the following:
"Between the hours of 4:00 P.M. and 6:00 P.M. no vehicle
shall be left standing on the south side of Maryland Avenue
from Westminster Street to DeSoto Street ".
