Total Amount of Transaetion: $��735.� CostlRevenue Budgeted: Funding Souree: Activity Number: 12321-6801 Finaneial trNormation: Two-year total rent (Explain) Febroary 9, 2009 1:50 PM Page 1 Exhibit 'A' D �/ -��a- Addendum I to Lease Agreement PW/5 WHEREAS, Lease Agreement PW/5 was entered into by and between City of Saint Paul, Department of Public Works, hereinafter called the "LESSOR", and the County of Ramsey, Division of Property Management, hereinafter called the "LESSEE", in 1982 and most recently on March 1, 2007; and WHEREAS, the said Lease Agreement PW/5 will expire on February 28, 2009; and WHEREAS, the parties thereto have agreed to amend the said Lease Agreement to extend for two more years at the same annual rent escalation factor, two percent per annum, as has been used in the past; and THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that Paragraph [2� and Paragraph [4] of the said Lease Agreement PW/5 shall be amended to read: [2] Term of Lease, This lease shall be in effect for a ferm commencing and ending on the dates indicated below, unless terminated earlier as provided herein. Term (Months/Years) Two Years [4] Rent. Commencing Date March 1, 2009 Ending Date February 28, 2011 a) Basic Rent.
