An ordinance amending Chapter 23 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code,
as amended, pertaining to 13uilding Code -- Refrigeration. This is an
emergency ordinance rendered necessary for the preservation of the
public peace, health, and safety.
The Council of the City of Saint Paul does ordain:
Section 1
-That Chapter 23 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code, as amended, be
further amended by deleting the year 111953" from the first sentence
of- Section 23.05 - 1 and adding in lieu thereof: "1958."
Section 2
That Chapter 23 be further amended by deleting the section designa-
tion 11152" from subdivision (a) of Section 23.05 - 3 and adding in
lieu thereof 1115.2"
Section 3
This ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency ordinance men-
` dered necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health, and
safety.

Section 4
This ordinance shall take effect and be in force upon its passage,
approval, and publication.
