Harris Plumbing Company, said contract for Mechanical Mork in

Paul, Minnesota, and said extra to cover over -time labor furnish-
ed the Water Department in connection with the installation of a
new six inch water service, this work having been requested by

Contract Number G -1480 was awarded to the Harris Plumb-
ing Company for Mechanical Work in connection with the
Public Library Alterations, Saint Paul, Minnesota.
During the course of the installation of a new six inch
water service by the Water Department, it was found neces-
sary for this contractor to furnish the Water Department
with over time labor in the amount of $50.57, which is a
reasonable amount for the work involved. '
It is, therefore, requested that a resolution be submit-
ted to the Council authorizing this extra in the amount
of $50.57 to Contract Number G -1480.
