WHEREAS, the Twin City Rapid'Transit Company has
filed a petition with the Railroad and Warehouse Commission,
on behalf of the Minneapolis Street Railway Company and the
St. Paul City Railway Company for an order authorizing the
discontinuance of owl service in both cities, said matter
to be heaxdbefore said Commission on January 6, 1959, and
WHEREAS, the discontinuance of such service in
the City of Saint Paul would be of detriment to the citizens
of this City, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the Corporation
authorized and directed to.take all steps
implement the opposition of this Council
