This is an emergency ordinance rendered necessary for the preservation of the public�� peace, health and safety. THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. That the balances remaining in all items of the City Hall and Court House.Fund No. 25 at the end of the year 1958, after all obligations and purposes for which such funds were appropriated have been provided for, be and they are hereby appropriated and set aside to be used for the same purposes in 1959 as the same were appropriated for in the 1958 Budget. Section 2. This ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency ordinance rendered necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health and safety. Section 3.
