Tractor, to BORCHERT- INGERSOLL,
INC. in accordance with City specifi-
cations therefor hereto attached and
the Formal Bid No. 7435 of said Bor-
chert- Ingersoll, Inc. at a contract price
of $28,986.75, such bid being the lowest
and said Borchert - Ingersoll, Inc. being
a reasonable and reliable bidder and
the Corporation Counsel be and hereby
is authorized to draw up the proper
form of contract therefor and the
proper City officials are hereby di-
rected to execute said contract on
behalf of the City of St. Paul.
