A determinarion was made by Human Resources that the classificarion should be upgraded to Grade 30. Advantages If Approved: The Fire and Safety Services organizational structure will be properly sh'uctured to manage the work being performed. The individual perfotming the duries and responsibilities of the clas'sification will be appropriately compensated. DisadvanWges ff Approved: None. Disadvantages If Not Approved: Duries and responsibilities would be absorbed by the current employee without an increase in pay.
