In the Matter of constructing
a public sewer in Clark St.. from Jessamine Ave.'to Magnolia Ave.; in Magnolia Ave.
from Arkwright St. to 170 ft. west of DeSoto St.; from Magnolia Ave. to the
east -west alley in Windsor Square in a 10 ft. wide easement'(to be obtained) the
center line of said easement (to be obtained) being described as follows: Beginning
at a point on the south line of Lot 29, Windsor Square, said point being 8.3 ft.
westerly of the southeast corner of said Lot 29; thence on a straight line in a
northeasterly direction across said Lot 29 to the northeast corner of said Lot 29;
from the east -west alley in Windsor Square to Cook Ave. in a 10 ft. wide easement
