RESOLVED, that the Commissioner of Finance hereby is author- III
ized to endorse, in behalf of the City of Saint Paul, that certain
check of State of Minnesota, No. 513646, in the sum of $35,500,
made payable to the order of41-�) Rice Corporation, Investors Diversified
Services, Inc. Clark Oil and Refining Corporation, City of St. Paul
and County of Ramsey, as and for payment of award of damages for
condemnation by State of Minnesota, affecting Parcel 10 in Ramsey
County, Minnesota, District Court proceedings, - State of Minnesota
vs. Frederick L. Hensel, et al, and to deliver said check to said

Oil and Refining Corporation, payees, other than the County of Ramsey
and City of Saint Paul, as owners and parties having an interest in
said award, it appearing that the interest of City of Saint Paul
therein was limited to lien for local improvement assessment which has
