WHEREAS: Edward C.,Anderson, Sr. desires to withdraw Application E -12750 for Hardware
License at 890 Rice Street and requests the return of the license fee deposited
thereon, therefore, be it
RESOLVED: That the proper city off$cers be and they are hereby authorized to refund to
Edward C. Anderson, Sr. the fee of $ 27.50 and deduct $ 2.50 from the original
fee of $ 30.00 posted, for the period the licensee operated on said application
and to cancel said application for license.
