An ordinance granting permission to Maynard
Slawik to connect his homestead at 1831 White Bear
Avenue, the same being all that tract or parcel of
land in the County of Ramsey;-State of Minnesota,
more particularly described as the East one -half of
Lot 10 and the East one -half of the South one -half
of Lot 9, all in Block 1, Garden Acres, according
to the plat thereof on file and of record in the
office of the Register of Deeds of Ramsey County;
Minnesota, to the sewer system of the City of Saint
Paul, for -the disposal of sanitary sewage, and
regulating the conditions thereof. This is an
emergency ordinance rendered necessary for the pre-
servation of the public peace, health and safety.
' THE COUNCIL OF_ THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That permission is hereby given to Maynard
Slawik to "connect his homestead at 1831 White Bear Avenue, the
same being all that tract or parcel of land in the County of
Ramsey, State of Minnesota, more particularly described as the
East one -half of Lot 10 and the East one -half of the south half
of Lot 9, all in Block 1, Garden Acres, according to the plat
thereof on file and of record in the office of the Register of
Deeds of Ramsey County, Minnesota, with the existing sewer of
the City of Saint Paul; upon the following conditions:
a. That said permittee or his successors in interest
in respect to said real estate, shall pay to the City of
Saint Paul the sum of $5.00 per frontage foot of said real
estate, for an aggregate frontage of 150 feet, said sum to
be in lieu of special assessments and taxes on account of
the sewer service, and upon payment of said sum, said
C.' permittee or his successor in interest in respect of said
real estate shall be granted a permit to construct, maintain
L-' Iu and operate a sewer connection connecting said premises
0 0. with the public sewer, representing an extension of the
public sewer system of the City of Saint Paul in White
V Bear Avenue along the line of the same, for the drainage of
sanitary'sewage from said premises, and the disposition of
same, through the public sewer system of said City of Saint Paul.
b. Permittee or his successors shall, within 90 days
from the passage of this ordinance, file a written accept-
' ance thereof, specifically agreeing to all the provisions,
terms and conditions herein, and upon compliance therewith
the Commissioner of Public Works is hereby authorized to
issue a permit for said sewer extension, subject expressly
to the provisions of this ordinanc'e and Sections 235.08 t,,o
235.14 inclusive, of the Saint Paul Legislative Code.

same, through the public sewer system of said City of Saint Paul.
