Resolved further, that the said assessment of benefits, be and the same is hereby in all respects ratified, and the same is hereby ordered to be submitted to the District Court for confirmation. (2) That the amount of damage's proposed to be awarded for the -taking -of the property of this objector is wholly inadequate and is not a fair award and said proposed award deprives objector of its property without•the payment of just compensation therefor.
